The body is in pristine condition. This Carrera received a professional full glass out repaint that included the replacement of all rubbers and seals throughout the car. Parts and labor was approximately $10,000. Absolutely no dents. scratches, swirl marks or imperfections. The manual convertible top works perfectly and has no leaks.
The car is equipped with NEW 16x7″ and 16x9" Fuch style wheels all around, which currently wear NEW Hankook Ventus V2 tires measuring 205/55 R16 up front and 225/50 R16 out back.
The interior is upholstered in black with matching carpets and upper surfaces. The original Blaupunkt cassette stereo remains installed.
VDO instrumentation includes a centrally-mounted tachometer, 160-mph speedometer, and an analog clock. Just under 92k miles are shown on the odometer, approximately 42K of which were added by the seller over the past 15 years.
The A/C was recently services and blows cold.
The 3.2-liter M930/21 flat-six was rated for 207 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque when new, which is sent to the rear wheels through a 915 transaxle. A complete top engine rebuild was performed in preparation for the sale. Parts and labor was approximately $8,000. Pictures of the rebuild process have been included.
